OTW to a Better Me

Last night, as I was tumblring, I stumbled across the fitness blog 100pounds100days.tumblr.com. It was such an eye-opener and an inspiration. I have been trying to lose weight for a month now. I haven’t eaten rice for a while now and I’ve been working out at a gym. Needless to say, I still get overcome by moments of weakness. So now, I’ve thought of coming up with my own fitness challenge to push myself to the limit. However, this is not simply a challenge but the start of a lifestyle change - a healthy one. This is my first step on the way to a better me. :)))
